Alberto is an artisan perfumer based in Barcelona whose approach to fragrance is as wild as it is refined. Born and raised in London with Spanish heritage, he trained in Natural Sciences at Kingston University and honed his craft at the legendary Penhaligon's before moving to Barcelona to pursue his vision of sustainable, deeply personal perfumery.
His raw materials tell stories: lavender harvested from his family's land in the mountains of Omaña, northern Spain — inside a UNESCO biosphere reserve. Tree bark tinctures. Beeswax from his own apiary. Moss gathered at dawn. Each ingredient is foraged, distilled, or extracted using techniques that honor both tradition and the land.
Alberto's work has been recognized internationally — he won the prestigious Mouillette d'Argent Competition's Judge's Choice award in 2018 for his orange blossom perfume "Al Zahir." He has presented his creations at the Osmothèque in Versailles and led discussions at exclusive perfume forums across Europe.
